• When lighting a candle from the Baobab scented candle collection, follow a specific method: always wait until the entire surface of the wax has turned into liquid before extinguishing the candle. This prevents the formation of "tunnels" (cavities) and ensures an even burn. When lighting a Baobab candle for the first time, it will always take longer to melt the top layer compared to subsequent uses; allow the initial layer of wax to melt completely. The time required for this varies depending on the size of the candle. Do not burn the final 1 cm (1/2 inch) of wax, as this prevents the flame from coming into direct contact with the glass.
